This series of modular Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) was designed with flexibility, sustainability, and clean, contemporary living in mind. Each unit builds on the one before it, growing in size while maintaining a consistent design language so it can adapt to different needs without losing its visual cohesion.

The structures are built using precast concrete elements, which bring a sense of strength and precision. Their clean lines and minimal forms are softened by thoughtful proportions and the way they sit in the landscape. The design feels both grounded and light, functional yet inviting.

From a visualization standpoint, I aimed to capture more than just how these ADUs look - I wanted to convey how they feel. The lighting emphasizes the textures of the concrete, while the framing showcases natural elements and outdoor spaces that make each unit feel livable and connected to its surroundings. The renderings highlight details like the interplay of shadow, the strategic placement of windows, and the generous glazing that invites daylight into the interior.

Though not visible from these angles, each roof holds a well-integrated solar array, supporting a sustainable lifestyle without disrupting the clean lines of the design. These homes are designed to be energy-efficient and environmentally conscious, while still feeling stylish and timeless.

Whether standing alone or grouped, these ADUs reflect a modern approach to housing—simple, flexible, and ready to grow with you.
